South Side Treats was born out of my passion for baking and creating beautiful personalized decorations for cakes, cupcakes, and cookies.
My treats are my own recipes, created by me. You won't find any other treat that tastes exactly like mine. The other thing I offer that is completely unique to me is the decorations I create. Every decoration I create is hand made, unique and personalized for the individual that orders them.
In the last couple of years, I have gained an amazing following! I have been amazed and humbled by the number of people who come back time and again to order their treats from me. I never would have dreamed 7 years ago that my little business would be as popular as it has become. THANK YOU!!!
With that said, I also need to tell you that because of those followers and my standing orders with local businesses, I now only take 2 to 3 other orders every month. I am a one-woman show here, and as much as I would LOVE to do every single order that comes to me, I can only do so much. I absolutely hate having to tell anyone “No”. If you are planning a special occasion, and you want to include some of the treats I offer, PLEASE reach out to me as soon as you know the date! My loyal customers call MONTHS in advance to get their name on my calendar…and my calendar fills up FAST!
I have to take a minute to thank all of my family and friends for being my taste testers, for believing in me, for pushing me when I needed to be pushed and cheering me on with each victory I have had! A special thank you to my favorite son-in-law for all of his help with setting up this website! And a very, VERY, special thank you to my daughter.
